Any product certified as replaceable, we shall offer a replacement of another piece
All products being sent back for refund, should come with the original packaging
Once we receive the returned package, we shall then process your refund amount within 5 working days
Customers shall carry the cost of returned packages or product. Â
Exchange of product is allowed only for products unused and in their original packaging
Wait for the logistics company to come and take the product from your residence
We shall then receive the product, and  if in stock and make an exchange on your behalf.
If you seek to make a total cancellation, we shall only deduct the cost of reverse logistics. However if it is any fault of ours, we shall carry all expenses in making sure you receive the right product ordered
