Once we receive the product, we will replace a new one immediately or repair it then deliver to you, we will notify you once it is on the way, until you receive a complete product you ordered, if you still would like to have it.

IF IT IS BROKEN AFTER DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR, and it is complete and usable, we can not return or replace,

ESPECIALLY AFTER IT IS DELIVERED FOR DAYS FROM DELIVERY RECORD, we could hardly consider the product not having been enjoyed.
