IF IT IS NOT BROKEN BEFORE DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR, and it is complete and usable, we can not return or replace,

ESPECIALLY AFTER IT IS DELIVERED FOR DAYS FROM DELIVERY RECORD, we could hardly consider the product not having been enjoyed.
